I caught this great lightening shot during a freak storm last summer at our farm, Acacia Farm. I used a magic wand to do the writing. I had to hurry since my D70 will only do a 30 second exposure without a remote.

It's late (for a farmer). Just set up blog. Need sleep. Have 20+ showing up for turkey day and have to figure out if it is possible to smoke a 30 lb bird. Will it fit in my smoker? Can cook it before the guests leave? I was thinking about smoking it for 3 hrs and then finishing it off in the grill. Maybe two smaller birds would work better.
